北千住位于东京北郊足立区，
是东京都两条最大的河流“荒川”与“隅田川”交汇而成的一小块地。
多条铁路线在这里交汇，
每年夏天的“足立の花火”可以让几十万的观众汇聚据此。
这里既有城市的喧嚣，
又有乡野的静谧，
因此也经常能看到来此拍摄写真集和婚纱照的人群。
沿着河岸有广阔的绿地，
是尽情运动、释放活力的绝佳场所！

我们Kitasenju Football Club就孕育于此。
KFC的宗旨————“让每个人都能快乐踢球！”

🟢无论你是什么性别、年龄、国籍、人种、职业，只要你热爱足球，想要寻找一个踢球、聊球、看球的组织，KFC热情欢迎你的加入。
🟢KFC借鉴计算机领域的开源社区来进行管理维护，只要你有热情、精力和想法，欢迎随时加入管理团队一起维护俱乐部的运营。
🟢KFC的所有正式活动都完全开放、自由、免费，但同时接受组织和个人的各种形式的赞助，以视情况筹备一些需要资费的活动。
🟢禁止在社区内进行任何未经允许的商业性活动，包括但不限于广告推广、商品售卖、货币兑换等。
🟢禁止在社区内讨论包括但不限于政治、宗教、信仰、仇恨等容易引起不悦甚至冲突的敏感话题。
🟢禁止未经成员本人允许，直接询问或打听其包括家庭住址、联系方式、收入财产等私密信息。
🟢禁止未经成员本人允许，直接添加其微信、LINE等社交账号。
🟢足球是一项需要甚至推荐、推崇身体对抗的运动，只要踏上球场就要接受这一点并且自愿承担潜在的风险。
🟢正如人与人从天生到后天在各个维度都会体现得千差万别一样，大家对足球的理解、踢足球的水平等也会参差不齐：我们支持你向队友多传递鼓励、喝彩、真诚善意；坚决杜绝各种形式的指责、谩骂甚至肢体冲突。
🟢我们认为社区内的所有人人人平等，并为了享受足球的快乐而加入，如果你违反了社区公约，社区有权力对你进行警告和开除。

北千住は、東京の北、足立区に位置する町です。
東京都最大級の二つの川――「荒川」と「隅田川」が合流する場所にあり、
多くの鉄道路線が交差する交通の要所でもあります。
毎年夏には「足立の花火大会」で数十万人が訪れるほどの賑わいを見せ、
一方で、川沿いには静かな自然が広がり、
フォトウェディングや写真集の撮影スポットとしても人気です。
広々とした河川敷の緑地は、
思いきり身体を動かしてリフレッシュするには最高の場所！

そんな北千住で生まれたのが、**Kitasenju Football Club（KFC）**です。
私たちKFCのモットーは――
「すべての人が、サッカーを自由に楽しめる場をつくること」
私たちは、こんな方の参加を歓迎します：

🟢性別・年齢・国籍・人種・職業を問わず、サッカーを愛し、一緒にプレーしたり、語り合ったり、観戦を楽しみたい方をKFCは歓迎します。
🟢KFCはIT業界のオープンソースコミュニティの運営方式を参考にしています。情熱・時間・アイデアがある方は、運営チームにもぜひご参加ください。
🟢KFCのすべての公式イベントは、オープンかつ無料で提供されます。ただし、必要に応じて有料イベントを開催することもあり、個人・団体からの協賛・寄付も歓迎しています。
🟢管理者の許可なく、商業活動（広告、販売、両替など）を行うことは禁止されています。
🟢政治・宗教・信仰・ヘイトなど、他人に不快感や対立を引き起こす可能性のあるセンシティブな話題は、コミュニティ内では禁止です。
🟢他のメンバーの許可なしに、自宅住所・連絡先・収入・資産などの個人情報を聞き出す行為は禁止です。
🟢他のメンバーの許可なしに、LINEやWeChatなどのSNSアカウントに直接追加することは禁止です。
🟢サッカーは身体接触を伴うスポーツです。ピッチに立つ以上、そのリスクを理解し、自らの意思で受け入れることが求められます。
🟢サッカーに対する理解やプレースキルは人それぞれ異なります。仲間への励まし・称賛・善意ある声かけを大切にしましょう。批判、罵倒、暴力的な行為は一切容認しません。
🟢KFCでは、すべてのメンバーは平等であり、サッカーの楽しさを共有することを目的としています。もし本ガイドラインに違反した場合、コミュニティは警告・除名などの対応を行う権利を持ちます。

Kitasenju is located in Adachi Ward, in the northern part of Tokyo.
It's a small area where Tokyo’s two largest rivers — the Arakawa and Sumida — come together.
Multiple train lines intersect here, making it a major transport hub.
Every summer, the famous Adachi Fireworks Festival draws hundreds of thousands of visitors.
Here, you’ll find the perfect balance of urban buzz and riverside calm —
a place where photo shoots and wedding photography are common sights.
And along the riverbanks, you’ll find vast open green spaces —
perfect for getting active and recharging your energy.

It’s here that Kitasenju Football Club (KFC) was born.
Our mission is simple:
“To make football fun and accessible for everyone.”
We welcome anyone who:
    Is of any gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, or profession

🟢No matter your gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, or profession — if you love football and are looking for a community to play, talk, and watch the game together, KFC warmly welcomes you.
🟢KFC is run like an open-source community in the tech world — if you have passion, energy, or ideas, we’d love for you to join the management team and help us grow the club together.
🟢All official KFC events are open, free, and inclusive. At the same time, we gratefully accept sponsorships from individuals or organizations to support events that may require funding.
🟢Any commercial activity without prior approval — including advertising, selling products, currency exchange, etc. — is strictly prohibited within the community.
🟢Sensitive topics such as politics, religion, belief systems, hate speech, or anything that could cause discomfort or conflict are strictly forbidden.
🟢Never ask for another member’s private information (home address, contact details, income, etc.) without their explicit permission.
🟢Do not add other members on social platforms (WeChat, LINE, etc.) without their clear consent.
🟢Football is a physical sport that encourages body contact. By stepping onto the pitch, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept the risks involved.
🟢Just like people differ in all aspects of life, everyone has a unique understanding and skill level when it comes to football. We encourage support, cheering, and sincere kindness — and absolutely do not tolerate blame, insults, or any kind of violence.
🟢At KFC, we believe everyone is equal and here to enjoy the joy of football. If someone violates these community guidelines, KFC reserves the right to issue warnings or remove them from the group.
